Cancellation Policy

At M. Shell Beauty, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. • Clients who arrive 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the same policy. We value your time and ours, and this policy ensures we can continue to provide the best experience for all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding and support!
